How on earth does a judge who went to the best schools do this ? But the case is kinda shot when the cops make their decision. I blame the cops here that was the dumbest thing I have ever seen. And when I Filed charged against her for the stolen goods they would not even make a phone call

It’s so rediculous the case is closed once she speaks this one was not my girlfriend but did have relations a handful of times. Did not pay rent did not buy food did not even get her mail there. And with a false sentance got me a trip y to jail and a police escort to loot my house. I did not know she had more rights than I did. The only reason in the end she was there was I thought we would be friends and hiving her the boot during COVID seemed lame. Most ungrateful person I have ever met

And that’s all it takes. An accusation? Johnny will survive the blow. But the average man will have a cloud over his life forever even after he is found innocent. And nobody will call him a victim. And many will remember him by the accusation only. You really need to punish people who use words like rape abuse harassment for flippant reasons to get back at people. But that will never happen she is always a victim and there is no other way for cops and judges to see it.

I fully agree with equality but all things will be abused and handled wrong special rights and privileges will be especially abused. There are reasons for these things but while we bend over backwards and take one for the team the same broken system does not adjust or lift a finger it operates like a drive through burger joint with no special orders. I don’t see it quite this bad but I know for a fact they have more rights and privileges. And the most powerful members of society are beautiful white women. They can do anything they want.
