Good news is that you won't have to decide because with that mindset, nobody will want to marry you anyway.

That's idiotic

"You learn nothing from success." Is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

My question is, what would you do with it if you kept it?

Your anger is useless and is clouding your judgement.

Even if you pay what you said you will still have 62k a year. You can't "do much for Christmas" and the kids playing outside "may be risky" what a load of shit.

You don't have to degrade yourself. Asking her what happened and telling her how you feel face to face could give you some closer.

Have you tried to talk to her in person about this decision?

I'm just going to ask this, please don't be offended if it doesn't apply, have you met your former fiance in real life?

This is something I didn't realize would happen. After your separated, you might have a long shitty day at work and you come home..and nobody is there to make things worse. Sometimes you don't realize there is a dark cloud hanging over your head until it's gone.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. Unfortunately I don't have advice that will make you feel better right now but it sounds like she has moved on and eventually you will be better off for it. Some people change and there is nothing you can say or do to stop that. If this was a home you both own you should not have moved out. Get a lawyer and do what you need to do to build your life moving forward. Good luck.

If you are going to divorce, just do it. Prolonging is just going to make matters worse. The kids won't fully understand but that's not a terrible thing right now. Get separate places.

If you are living in your car you won't get 50/50. Get your shit together and fight for your fair share for the sake of the kids, they need you.

Overall, very poorly. The judge was rude and disrespectful to me during the entire process while codiling her.

I was a stay at home dad for 6 years. Worked 2 part time jobs and was responsible for 100% of all housework and food prep. First hearing she said I refused to work and cried. Judge ordered me to apply for 45 full time jobs per week and give her the list, not the court, her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
