Difference is that you are not a penguin. In fact the capacity to make others feel good about themselves within you is ingrained in your DNA because you are human. Our biggest strength is that we are social and we look out for each other. Some more than others, no doubt, but still it is in you. . A change in perception is what is needed. We are all guilty of being too self absorbed. But as I get older I realize, I'm not that big of a deal. Take the universal truth that there really is something …

Until you go through the experience...you are mentally masturbating. You have formed an opinion on how you feel about casual sex without actually feeling it.

Theres two posibilities with each person thats around. 1. they mind; what matters to YOU more: their opinion or your happiness? 2. they dont mind; well then, carry on!

The timing of this couldnt be more perfect. I was just about to write about what's holding me back from socializing in general. But this article taught me how to do it better. You da man!

As someone who is preparing to start gaming, thanks so much for your post. Did you have a list of things you want to work on? If so, what do you think is the most important for a beginner?

ok well when you say a women is "out of my league" what else am I supposed to think. What looks are for a woman, behavior is for a man. Looks are not as important for attractiveness for men. Do they matter? yea but not as much as you would think. As far as your looks go, improve whatever you can and after that, well you cant change what has been given to you, right? Lose weight, build muscle, visit r/malefashion, got bad skin? clear that ish up. dont like your glasses? get a new pair or get cont…

step one...change your attitude. There is no woman "out of your league." You are human, she is human, thats all. And overweight women are not below you. If you do not prefer heavier women, thats fine. But you are not above them. And model chicks are not above you. Thats the inner game. Outer game? Lose some weight.

Thats funny because the example you used is exactly me and that is what I do. But I'm saying it took me playing around with different personalities to figure out how to combine seemingly paradoxical personality traits to make a custom designed personality. Na mean? And yea it was uncomfortable but that's what it took.

I think that is called social intelligence what you are doing. You are young and as you said, dont have a grip of who you are. Thats ok. My advice is try on different personalities until you find one you feel comfortable in. How do you know? If you are self-aware, you'll know.

Dude, f**k what anyone thinks. You are on a journey of self-improvement. Get used to people ridiculing/teasing/hating because many people are so spiritually poor they have no way of understanding what drives you. Brush that dirt off your shoulders and keep marching on soldier! And thats a command.

Yea of course. Heres an email I sent someone else. It know its long, im sorry. But you should understand why this works (hopefully). Let me start off with what visualization is. Visualization is a technique that uses your imagination in order to change your self-image. All your actions, feelings, behavior - even your abilities - are always consistent with your self-image. Now, your mind does not know the difference between an actual experience and an imagined one. So if we can, for an extended pe…

You just made me realize that I've been wanting to be respected by people and I don't even respect myself in many important ways on a consistent basis. Holy ****. Thank you for your comment.
/r/seduction18/06/14 03:05 PM

Well, I dont have experience overcoming this issue. But I am working on it currently by trying visualization exercises. If you want more details, PM me. I can give you a few resources to help you get started. Keep in mind, I dont know if it is going to work, its only a few days I have been doing the exercises.

All good, to improve all you really need is awareness. No need to try. Just be aware. There is a lot of power in awareness.
/r/seduction16/06/14 03:05 PM

Yup, that is what is it's all about, realness. Live in reality and the world is you oyster.

That's not what he is saying. Maybe you harbor some hate towards females that you are not even aware of. Maybe you are egotistical towards women in that you want validation that you are an attractive man but don't really care for these women as people and therefore you lose interest once you know they are interested. Not making judgements. Just ask yourself these questions.

Be honest and explain that you do it to give yourself options or you want to enjoy life and for you enjoying life is meeting new women and/or having casual sex. Speak from your heart whatever is your motivation.

I absolutely love that last line. "[...] you will win and lose, but most importantly you'll live." Can I steal it from you as my life motto?

Yea I dont even know what im doing on this subreddit. I've been reading and watching videos without doing a thing about anything. so my comments were very ignorant as I dont really know what PUA's are really like. Anyways im sure you are all different like everyone else. My bad bro :-)

vague, sure. But adopt a general attitude for long enough and you will figure out the specifics naturally and this way you create your own flavor. You become creative rather than following a method or system or tactics which are short-term solutions. That takes too much brain resources. Work on creating the psyche you want and it becomes subconscious which takes little mind-power. Im not anti-PUA, i've learned quite a bit from this community. But I think where most PUA's go wrong is their hyper-…

Truth hurts fellas doesnt it. Hate all you want, but this guy speaks the truth. "...have respect for yourself, be independent, and put your happiness and goals above women, and they will come to you." With this attitude you build your "inner game" from the ground up and when that is solidified, "outer game" naturally flows out. Why? Because when you put a massive amount of work on yourself, no need to mind-fuck yourself into thinking "Im a catch" or "I'm entitled." You just know you are in fact …

Since your young, concern yourself with gathering experiences. If said situation occurs to you, big whoop. You cant control what she does or that other guy for approaching her. Keep putting yourself out there (being vulnerable) and learn and one day you'll be that older man who has everything.

This is so good man. Exactly the type of duality and seemingly contradictory character-sets a man should possess to be good with all women. This way we can have choices which I think most men struggle with.

I would say both you and he are right. "Be yourself" whatever that is at the time. Our personalities are fluid, a slow moving fluid, but fluid nonetheless. But I agree that at the age OP is, its the time to try on different personalities and see which fits best or whichever one you are most comfortable with. My belief is life is about creating yourself, so a period of trial and error might be necessary. Once you find what you like, then yea "be yourself."

Yea I think it depends. When I was a pussy little boy and viewed women as mostly objects and I would try to make eye contact i would get looks of disgust and they would quickly look away. Now that im becoming a strong man and viewing women with respect (still a long ways to go) they love the eye contact. The eyes dont lie about whats in your head and women are extra intuitive about this.

get over your self, "If a girl is interested in me, she can walk up to me and have a real, adult conversation." We should should expect the same when we are not Brad Pitt?! yea that makes sense.
