| 1 | Judge (Ret) Anthony Bompianiyep. when you have evidence you have to submit it as an exhibit, numbered, ordered and previously shared with the other party. the catch is you have to ASK the judge DURING the hearing/trial for permission to show the "Exhibit"/evidence. the judge can say no, and often times does if they feel they don't need to see it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/09/24 02:52 PM |
