1	Google's definition of Rape In a strictly legal sense, "rape" is frequently defined as being a crime committed solely by a man. This isn't google's fault. The legal definition of rape is determined by a state's legislature. Although a number of states have now expanded the definition of rape to be more inclusive, there's still quite a few states that use the traditional definition.
