11	I finally did it. Small step, but in the right direction Now that you have tasted "victory", the next time you need to step up to the plate you won't be so hesitant (if necessary). 3	You call her for the first time but she doesn't pick up...what's your next step? There is not much you can do - Just don't start calling them everyday. Talking on the phone with people you have just met can get odd, anyways. May I suggest shooting them a text asking to meet up for coffee if you really want to talk to them?
