Kinda sorta kinda. Many people mistake water weight and glycogen for actual "gains". For this reason, some people will become discouraged or get the mentality that they need to stay on or keep upping the doses to get bigger and stronger over time. If you keep a clean diet, and keep a caloric surplus while off-cycle, while continuing to train to maintain, you can keep 70-85% of your gains as long as you aren't past your genetic limit (very few people ever do unless they start using high doses, ea…

I don't want sympathy. I want to, in all of my heart, to make this change but there's some twisted part of me that always tells me "this isn't who you are "

I was starved and left alone at home for weeks at a time. I was beaten all the time and whenever I tried to reach out for help, my mother and sister lied to CPS and they did nothing about it. I come from LOWER than the ghettos and slums in inner cities. I never had a single kid I could talk to on my block and was alienated by the Hispanic and black kids at school due to my skin color. Even today, I do not know how regular relationships work. I never talked to anyone but myself. I've come a long …

Blue pill? If I wasn't so mentally ill i would be able to get virtually any woman imaginable. All I think about is killing people. I highly doubt someone who is an all american contender for wrestling and a golden gloves state champion is a "gamma male". I fully understand the red pill theory and practice but there's simply no way for me to apply it. There's no use in lying on my part about being 6'2" and built like a brick house. My only problem is dealing with my past and associating women wit…

What if I'm an 18 year old that does all of this, is white, blonde hair blue eyes, 6'2", and is bigger than 99% of the people around him. I am a better candidate than most guys, but I have a VERY hard time talking to females in a sexual or romantic way. I have an extremely traumatic past relating to being abused by my mother and my sister so I see every woman as a threat to my safety and sanity. I am attracted to them, but very critical of personalities and always try to scare them away. I don't…

The only problem with my face is that I have lots of scar tissue in my cheeks from years of boxing and it's ALWAYS red. I've tried tanning, but there's big RED spots on my face that makes me look like im blushing like crazy all the time. This is my biggest confidence killer out of anything else.

Thisss. I put on about 40 lbs at 6'2" and get hella stares. I am really fucked up in the head though and feel hostile towards every woman that ever looks in my direction. Shame I can't use any of my god given gifts because I am mentally ill :C.

Steroids are already consuming younger kids in gyms. Everyday more and more teenage boys and girls are jumping on the juice to filter their insecurities and to appear larger and stronger than everyone else. They are mislead by fitness youtubers and instagram trainers that claim they can make 5 years of gains in 6 months--naturally.

I used to have a lot of trouble seeing progress in the gym. Was stuck at a certain weight but always seemed to give it my all and bust my ass harder than a lot of the other guys that were bigger than me. Sort of got mad at myself and others that were able to gain easier than I could. Learned one of the guys that I looked up to was taking large doses of steroids but claimed natural so that opened my eyes up a little bit. Been working out 6 days a week consistently now and eating 3300 calories a d…

Probably. I've heard some talk about one of the steroids he was using was extremely dangerous and he did too much of it or something, which potentially caused his early and unnecessary death. Rip aesthetics bruh

He took large amounts of steroids and actually died from it in his mid twenties. 99% of physique models are on steroids. The body standards they set for men are IMPOSSIBLE to achieve naturally.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
