They did a study once (can't find the link right now) where they had women on a street rate men out of ten based on their appearance. One guy came out a nine and the other came out with something like a six. In the next phase they went out and told the women that the nine was a waiter and the six was a banker making six figures. After 6 months prosecutor FINALLY hears the FACTS for the FIRST time and immediately realizes the 'victim' is lying and and dismisses the charges, but refuses to charge the liar who caused the arrest. Sue for damages; defamation, anxiety, lost income, court costs, etc. Get creative. You'd be surprised how fast these things add up.

To be safe, I would also show it to others at the school -a trusted teacher or two- before she grades it. If he gets a shitty grade he should definitely dispute it. There aren't really avenues for this, but if he raises a fuss with a guidance counselor something will usually get done.

It's interesting to think how in most situations, this logic would never be accepted. The most able being given preferential treatment, even if it would also benefit the least able, is a concept that is highly frowned upon. I would hypothesize that most people would prefer a system where the least able are treated in a manner that "makes up" for their lack of ability, even if, logically, it would hurt everyone.

The rate of domestic abuse and sexual assault is criminal. As opposed to sexual assault not being criminal? In all seriousness, sexual assault rates have nothing to do with gender equality. What are we supposed to do? Sexual assault is already a crime which is severely punished. Society can't be seen as biased based on the actions of criminals harming one gender over another.

There's a difference between without a doubt and beyond a reasonable doubt. One is onerous and the other is fair. Allowing a man to be convicted of rape on a woman's word alone -without any corroborating, or even in some cases contradictory evidence- is wrong.
