Having the knowledge that exercising is best for you doesn't magically give you the self discipline to do it every day, and not working out every day doesn't disprove that exercise is good for you. A full body tan is aesthetically very different than the red neck of a field hand or a farmer tan, you're not going to get them confused easily.
