Perspective is required. I just finished watching Jack Ryan season 2 before starting Witcher. There are women in positions of power in that show, and they do it without having to put down men. The first season bothered me a bit, but I tolerated it. The whole show was marketed primarily to women in the younger generation, so I tried to look past it. Season two, though, was just unwatchable.
