9	"Inclusivity" does not include men IMO (and empathizing with OP) there was a truly valid point to his post, and it wasn't even about male representation, that was a side observation. The soul of the post is that there wasn't a coordinated action plan. People right now want marching orders, we want to mobilize we need to know that there's a bigger picture of scope and mission.
