2	Bill Manser: Wrongly Imprisoned For 5 Years There is no other way for a positive DNA match between samples unless the sample was substituted with the correct genetic material, so the results were correct in the first test, except that it wasn’t bill’s DNA submitted. So the logical conclusion is that only she could get the biological material from the actual father and named it after bill.
