Studies have shown that kids need their father more than their mothers. Look at the outcome of kids in single mom households vs single dad households. You not taking the bullet is better for them long term.

I just like to point out the heterosexual divorce rate is 50%, the gay men divorce rate is 28% and the lesbian divorce rate is 77%. I think the numbers show where the problem lies

Tell him to get a lawyer, if he has no money and she’s working for a law firm, he could uno reverse it and make her pay him

Just because she “saved” $200k doesn’t mean that it’s her money. It’s most likely community property. Also was her land bought during the marriage? If so, then you might be entitled to 25%, you should definitely get a lawyer like yesterday.

Whatever you do, do not hide it and hope she doesn’t find. If it’s declared as an inheritance in a separate account, then it’ll be yours. If you don’t mention it and her lawyer finds it, the judge can award it to you as trying to hide marital assets.

Absolutely not, this should be a hard line in the sand. Even if she agrees to pay the mortgage, it would still show up on your credit report and prevent you from buying another house. If you are to keep your name on the mortgage, do not remove it from the deed. You would be assuming the liability of a mortgage without the benefit of ownership. If you go this route, keep your name on the deed, and have language written forcing the sale of the house if she doesn’t refinance within one year. Then i…

I bought her one of the Jokers greeting cards that is Stewie saying mom repeatedly, and it’s full of glitter if they rip it. Lol

Divorce specifically provides financial resolution. That’s literally the whole point of it.

Facts, I bet if you snoop through her messages, you’ll find the real reason she’s going. My STBX had plans to fly to Turkey to meet some Iraqi dude she met online. I’ve decided she’s a piece of shit and divorcing her anyway. But because I like to see the world burn, I waited till she got on the plane, and then told the dude’s wife. ☠️ She’s pissed at me, but I think it’s hilarious.

Cool story bro, like the other comment said, if you are unsure about getting back with your husband or not, it is not advisable to do that even though you’re separated. My STBX wife are “separated” right now, and she get’s angry if I call her my STBX, or Ex, or mention that we’re getting divorced. She plans on trying to work things out after she “finds herself”. To be honest with the strangers on the internet, her going on dates with other guys made me no longer interested in trying to save our …
