1	I don’t own a TV or a couch. Would women find this weird / a turn off? In regards to a living space looking juvenile, how important is the prestige of the living space? In other words, does it have to be a "luxury living" type of place? At the moment, I am currently renting a one-bedroom apartment as I'm still in the early stages of my career (about at the halfway point for a down payment on my own property, but I digress). I went ahead and ordered a small loveseat and coffee table which will be placed in the area in front of my kitchen space and before the newly-created office space.
