If I wrote him a letter, he would literally laugh at me and say "it's a two-way street." Apparently he ignores me because I ignore him? But I have to be the one who initiates contact 100% of the time. He has only ever ONCE initiated contact with me, and that was the time I mentioned in my comment above, that he called to tell me his wife was pregnant. It's not worth it. Female customers are the ones more likely to ask for the "computer guy," and then insist on talking to a guy even after I show that my nametag says "computer specialist." I know 10x more than any of the guys in my department.
