I don’t think you understand how pay works.OT is not calculated into pay differences. The larger pay discrepancy is for things like child leave, etc.

The biological aspect of having a child can be very important to people. Also, it seems like he married that woman BECAUSE she got pregnant. When you are cheated on, it sours EVERYTHING.
