White people are the largest majority, experiencing declining birthrates won't threaten their position as the largest majority. I can see why you would be worried about the "clapping and cheering" but that means nothing, white people will always be the majority in America.

That guy that thought getting rid of certain races was acceptable went out of his way to genocide one of them. Clapping for the decline of a certain group would definitely draw negativity from people in that group, but the reason they are declining isn't because of genocide or them being specifically targeted by radicalized gunman, declining birth rates is the fault of that group alone. Same in Japan's declining birth rates.

We should make more educational spaces too, it's concerning that more women are in college than men. If most of the younger generation that has highly educated jobs like doctors or scientists are females with current normalized sexist beliefs then that would be bad for young males. I'm surprised this issue is hardly addressed though, according to a NYT article there is 3 female students for every two male students and this gender gap is increasing.
