It's the old argument of female superheros being sexualized and an unrealistic portrayal of women's bodies, meanwhile take a look at male superheros same shit goes on.

Due to her being intoxicated at the scene of the crime, I think it's near enough impossible to say that she did or did not intent on harming the daughter. I'm not saying she didn't mean to do it, but from a legal standpoint you just can't prove attempted murder in this scenario.

To play devils advocate here... “Based on what we had initially, there wasn’t anything to support the idea that this was an attempt to burn the house down, with her daughter in it, specifically,” Richardson said. the thing is, they need to prove that she actually had intent to harm her daughter with this, rather than that she was drunk and just did it. Yeah, she knew her daughter was in there, but that doesn't completely prove intent, it doesn't completely support an attempted murder.

I heard a domestic dispute a few months ago from my kitchen, had the window open and heard raised voices, and things smashing from another apartment. I called the cops when I heard a woman say "LOOK WHAT YOU DID, WHY DID YOU DO THIS, WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME" AND A male replied "BECAUSE LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID TO ME!". Cops came, and after about 10 minutes in the house, they walk out with the wife in cuffs, apparently it was very clear that she had assaulted her husband. It was a nice surprise to …

I actually know a girl who has been drunk enough to offer and succeed in giving sexual favours in return for not paying the fare, on two separate occasions. I'm sure if women didn't use sex as a tool for their own gain there would be a lot less rape allegations.

Ha. When this happens there's always the delay where the guy is thinking, "Should I really do this". The aggressors never take the hint and think "Fuck he's considering hitting me, I 'd better chill out", but continue to be aggressors, making the decision much easier.

Fucking disgusting that anyone can think it's acceptable to drive a good man to the point of tears over a shirt that he likes. Hope they're proud that whenever he sees what was probably his favourite shirt he'll be reminded of all the abuse he got for it, and the fact that he was driven to tears over it. Disgraceful.

Touching a cop trying to make an arrest in defense of the perp, that's a big no no. Love the guy that keeps saying THAT'S RIDIKULUS. Yeah, it is pretty ridiculous to put your hands on a man because he's doing a job, then thinking you can assault him when he defends himself.

We should have a new word for these kinds of people both the male and female versions, since there's nothing friendly at all about such a relationship. I'd suggest girlenemy or girlfoe.

Disgraceful behaviour from a trashy bitch, but she's been pregnant at least twice in her life so that absolves her of all responsibility and common courtesy, she is now allowed to do whatever she wants, including assaulting someone who is doing his job and tried to assist her, without repercussion, and we are instead supposed to feel sorry for her. Outrageous.

The shocked adult called the cops. What the hell happened? I'm 23 years old, and when I was this kids age and younger, I'd be out roaming the neighbourhood, getting up to all kinds of mischief with my friends, and in a rough part of town too, until it got dark. when you think about it, it's not even that long ago. Yet now we live in a world where if you're not supervising your child constantly, you're a bad parent.

Really annoying how they always resort to "educate yourself" arguments. Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realise you spending more time on Tumblr social justice tags made you more educated in real life affairs than I am.

Not to mention the fact that GTA has always been satire of America, you're not seeing an accurate portrayal of women because you're seeing a funny and over the top parody of them.

yep! Director: Stephen Chbosky Writers: Stephen Chbosky (screenplay), Stephen Chbosky (book) So it's very faithful, and a very good movie as far as films go too.

Great movie, and the book is good too. The adaptation is very faithful, being that it's written and directed by the author, so this is not one of those times where one can really say "THE BOOK IS BETTER GO READ IT", I'd suggest reading it if you want, but you wont really take anything from it that the movie didn't already give you. And yes, I totally agree. It's a very real look into sexual abuse, and the knock on effect it can have. It's a terrible thing, for anyone to have to go through, and I…

She also says a lot of incriminating things about the father, because he's filming, and she thinks that'll be able to be used against him instead of her. Referencing drug use, or alcohol, and saying how she'd be afraid of him shooting her if she tried anything. Watching this is pretty scary, it's clear how manipulative she is. "You are fine when you leave and when you come back you have this TURMOIL this NEGATIVITY". Duhhh, Maybe because he's happy about going to his dad's and upset about being …

Mrs. Lash is also disturbed by the fact that after the incident, you looked her dead in the eyes and said "It was my privilege", before grabbing your genitalia and thrusting your hips towards her in a suggestive manner.
