For most people, fat adds considerable size to your muscles. When you cut, you don't lose as much muscle as you think but you will tend to lose a fair amount of size from your frame because of the fat loss. So no, you won't "shed mass" if you cut, but you will be smaller. In the end though, you'll gain much more definition and you'll probably end up looking bigger - bodybuilding is largely an illusion.

You will never get to 220-230lbs at 6-8% bodyfat at 6 foot, no matter how good your genetics are. Not only that, most people on steroids won't even reach that type of a physique. Being that big and lean even on steroids is one hell of a feat. You have no idea how big 220-230lbs is at that level of bodyfat. Most people think they're 12-15% when in reality they are 18-20% and that they'd have to lose a good 20-40lbs to reach single digit bodyfat.

I really think removing porn is where 90% of the benefits come from. That shit can really fuck up your perception of women. MO isn't as bad, but I don't do it because it's draining.

As someone on 140 days now, you go through a phase in the 20-80 day range where you feel like absolute living shit - no motivation at all. After that your drives will come back. My motivation is still low-ish, but it's coming back.

This is actually all true, and I'm guilty of it. I've been in 'monk mode' for most of this year. I didn't go out much and 'focused' on myself. I've made fantastic progress with the gym, putting on well over 20 lbs of pure muscle mass this year (albeit with ~15-20 lbs of fat gain which will be shed), but I've made NO progress with women. This is entirely my fault. Like the OP is stating, if you stay in monk mode, you're never going to achieve the goals you came here for: to get better with women.…

I'm 18 and had a whole lot of newb gains. I definitely put on at the very least 20lbs. My total weight gain was actually 52lbs and I'm around 22% bodyfat now up from around 15%. I definitely did gain a fair bit of fat due to miscalculating my calories earlier in the bulk. Regardless, it doesn't matter. I still have a long way to reach my genetic limit and that's what counts here.

Don't act so surprised. I think it's important that people start realising that this is very common behaviour among all women. It's in EVERY woman's interest to hook in anyone with status, fame and wealth. Can you blame them? For all this chick knew, he was loaded, probably lived in a penthouse, owned nice cars and had thousands or millions of fans. Not many girls would pass up that opportunity if they were single (and many wouldn't pass it up even if they were already in a relationship).

Oath brother. I started lifting after a bad experience with a girl and I've packed on over 30 lbs of hard mass since.

Great theory and all, but the crux of this is to take action as a man. To put the video games down, stop watching porn, hit the gym and better yourself. Women don't find that many men attractive because in reality, they aren't. Compare the average skinny guy's body to that of a physique competitor and there is simply no comparison. The average skinny girl, however, DOES have a body that compares to the bodies of fitness models. Women ARE more attractive to men while men are less attractive to wo…

That isn't true at all. It in no ways shows you're desirable, it just shows you have dignity and aren't desperate. If it made you look desirable, the girl would likely contact you again later but this seldom happens.

Mate only the attractive girls have that power over men. The feminists who want 'equality' are rarely the attractive ones because if they were they'd have no reason to complain.

I guess what I meant is that guys can feel the brunt of a breakup for longer. Yes, most guys will quickly recover from the initial sadness but he'll feel the brunt of the break up for a while. You're right though, women will feel it from more of an emotional standpoint. Even if the girl quickly recovers and finds a new man, she'll likely still go on forever about her ex, which is something guys seldom do.

You're right in one way, but I think that breakups cause men to suffer for longer than women. Attractive women are not low in demand. While breakups can still devastate them, they are usually quick to find another man. Men on the other hand are on average low in demand - only around 20% of guys are desired by women, maybe even less. Men typically have to do the work to get into a relationship - it's the man who asks the girl out, it's the man who takes her out and it's the man who has to display…

This. You should never feel beneath ANYONE. Putting other men on a pedestal is just as bad as doing the same with women.

The absolute, number one, biggest turnoff ever is when a woman knows that you want something from her. The absolute second they realise this, all interest will disappear. Treat this as fact and apply it in every interaction.

It's funny because this is the principle that women deny the most on reddit. Whenever they criticise TRP it's on the grounds that they actually hate "bad boys" who will treat them like dirt. Yet time and time again, they let themselves be taken advantage of. To be honest, they probably know that they're being treated like dirt but try to rationalise that away.

The more abundant something is, the less demand there is for it. This applies to almost everything in life. The problem with this generation is that we're being raised not to have a fucking damn sliver of self respect and a sense of well being. We wouldn't even need the red pill if guys treated themselves half as well as they treated women.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
