Sounds so familiar to my situation! She ended up going for some guy who played her as a dare from his friend and complained about the entire ordeal over a 2hr+ phone call. Even so, I warned her several times about his character and that it made me severely uncomfortable hearing about him and the things he did/does. Had a friend for about 10 years that checks off many of these points. It's very draining to your mental health when they always cancel plans with you and ignore you to go out with a guy, text a guy, etc and then turn around and look for you as an emotional support when the guy screws them over and you continue to give them sound advice and support. Even worse, when they continue to go back to abusive relationships and post everything on social media.
