28	I did it. He says thank you for the pets! Over the course of me getting the strength and courage to change my life I kept seeing the blurb of... "I would rather adjust my life to your absence than adjust my boundaries to accommodate your disrespect". Every time I'd see it pop up somewhere it hit me harder than the last. 58	I did it. Thank you for your words and hugs. I need them right now. I'm currently switching therapists, thankfully. Along with leaving the situation with the ex I came to realize my therapist and I had run our course. I need someone new to listen, to help, to be a part of this journey. And I have fucking specifications this time for who I want to see. I'm not just getting assigned a therapist and sticking it out because there's nobody else.
