1	Natural TRT - a question Morning wood also has a lot to do with blood flow. If you are overweight, smoke and eat poorly, this is going to effect your blood flow. Start eating better, cut back on the smokes and try to walk between 30 minutes to an hour a day. You can naturally raise test levels by eating better, getting 8+ hours of sleep and lifting weights.
