Most places I've been, you can't walk around drinking in public. There are some places where you aren't even allowed to drink in your front yard. If someone was just under the limit, the portable one could say they are over. Many departments still have the portable ones and use them along with field sobriety tests to get someone off the road. Once you are taken to jail or the station, they give you a breathalyzer that is calibrated and verified for accuracy that can be used as evidence. 1	Got her ass Child support doesn't care about the income of the person who has the kid. Both parents are financially responsible for the child. The non custodial parent just pays based an income scale the court uses off of their own income.
