Men need a divorce lobbyist at the federal and local level to change these ridiculous laws.

OP what does your lawyer say about what you’re facing? Is the lawyer conceding your son being moved out of state?

OP you are very much in the right to change the old terms that you agreed to. This is for the future of you and your children. I hope you get what you ask for.

Did the CPS worker speak with bias against you from the start or did you actually get a fair shake in the interview?

Did you get married in church, OP? It’s your obligation to work it out with your wife for God. Work on yourselves as best as you can. You’ve only been married a few years.

Brother, she’s gone. Protect yourself. Start talking to a divorce attorney and get a therapist. You may possibly have been emotionally abused.

Have you considered family or couples therapy? It didn’t work for my situation but if it can save your marriage and spare your children from a broken house then try it. Maybe therapy will give you further clarity and confidence in your next course of action.

OP, you sound like a loving dad. You decided to be near your daughter and really think of her. Like what the others already said, your daughter needs you so find that strength to be there for her. If you have a job that offers free or discounted counseling services, use it. Do you have close friends? Family? Let your feelings out to them. Letting those thoughts and feelings out does wonders. Do some exercising/walking. You’ve got a whole life to experience and you will have amazing milestone mom…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
