I've literally complimented so many guys just for the shits and none of them have ever interpreted it romantically. I always kinda wondered where this came from honestly.

That’s fair. I haven’t met many people’s ex’s personally however, I’ve seen photos or they’ll just talk about them in enough detail. I never really ask people when their last relationship or date was but if I’m friends with somebody the topics of relationships come up sometimes

Maybe I’m oblivious then but I haven’t had a guy ask me out before

If there was a guy who liked me, he never made it known.

Like if anything it’s always been sexual interest exclusively

I don’t wanna be all woe is me, but I’ve been there and done all of that. It’s hard out there when you’re ugly. Make up doesn’t do enough lol

I mean I can definitely see that line of thinking after a breakup, but it’s def weird when the guy is dating someone

Yeah I thought he was kind of delusional saying , “Oh no women want me,” while we were actively dating. Strange man tbh

Honestly according to friends , coworkers and people I’ve dated… pretty normal or great. I likely know maybe one or two men who have never had any relationship at all. It’s usually to extenuating circumstances. I have friends if all appearances and such too who have had long term relationships and such. I really haven’t heard of the whole male loneliness and dating struggles until I saw it online. Some guy I dated would vaguely complain about it but literally ended up in a relationship right aft…

Lollll it’s okay! I’ve been trying to accept it day by day. And that’s true. I’ve never been fat but I think I’d look better this way. Though I think about how much easier dating would be if I was hot

Exactly lol

Exactly this. I want them to illustrate they have better intentions. They don’t have to sweep me off my feet and worship the ground I walk on, but they need to court me somehow. I know I’m below average, but at least taking me on proper dates is enough. I don’t expect flowers or even for the man to pay or anything, but at least to spend quality time with me in the daylight lol

I mean yeah I agree it’s worse to be big with a bad face than fit with a fat face. That’s pretty much why I keep in shape. Also quality of life kinda things. I think losing weight is a bit more complicated. Most people are unable to lose weight long term. Willpower is a contributing factor but there are others. I work a cushy job, I’ve always eaten healthy, I’m around good grocery stores and I have ready access to a gym. Some people don’t have that. I don’t have a nice face lol. If I did, I woul…

I feel you’re obviously not recognizing the other factors that contribute to someone being overweight. It’s not merely a self control issue. Though you likely know that already. Anyways, I vehemently disagree with the idea that any woman can be hot if she’s in shape. I’m very physically fit but I’m not facially attractive. I enjoy being fit but it doesn’t magically transform your dating life ?

Where the hell did you get that idea. Not every woman has a ton of actual, Romantic options.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
