I wasn't laughing just because it was a third world country, India is notorious for treating women like animals. You read one recent news incident where two women are caught lying about sexual assault, and then discount centuries-old religious and cultural traditions which make India quite literally one of the worst places in the world for a woman to live.

There are definitely men's clinics out there, they just aren't as prevalent because typically the man in a relationship has access to income and can thus hire an attorney. Women, on the other hand, don't have access to half of their husband's income until they can get a court order in place. How do they get the court order without an attorney? They rely on free clinics like these. Seems fair to me.

This is great advice, and it brings up the unfortunate truth that attractive men have to deal with extraordinary amounts of temptation in their lives. Just to clarify, if you get involved with a single mother and her child, you will have to adopt her child if you want any legal or physical custody rights. So, you would essentially be doing an adoption either way, if you're serious about becoming a parent. There is little to no recourse if you separate from the mother and you haven't put the step-parent adoption in place. Yea, but the point I'm trying to make is that this isn't the law's fault. The law is an inherently neutral system impacted by social factors to produce less than neutral results. The reason why women are the custodial parents more often is because men allow this to happen. They either cannot or will not make the lifestyle changes and do the work necessary to get custody.

As a beta-type guy, I actually really enjoy going to parties/bars where the alpha supply is running high. I don't have to worry about playing the stupid mating game because I know I won't be able to compete. Instead I just get stupid drunk and have a good time being my goofy self. I think it's important for a guy to know his own limitations and act accordingly. Not sure how much I buy into this narrative. It seems like you're confusing an overall diversification of sexual practices with a unified social movement helmed by feminists. My real point is that bio-dads who don't get custody usually didn't fight for custody, regardless of what their relationship is to the mother. Don't these stats just completely support what I'm trying to say? Usually the woman has to initiate the divorce to get away from the husband, and usually the courts grant custody to the woman because the man has no business parenting the child.
