it's impossible to have a dialogue with anybody on the pay gap. anybody who believes it and blames some sort of institutionalized sexism has already made their mind up to assume some conspiracy theory is the truth because they read it somewhere. studies like this where people look at individual's choices and say "women mostly take jobs and study certain subjects which aren't as financially lucrative" - they see that as an accusation that women are stupid or something. so they'll disagree with ho…

try this bit of advice: don't take mental health advice from some ass hole on the internet.

by this logic, all short men should be awarded money too.

because your tax dollars probably don't pay for mothers who torture their kids...

this woman stinks! and the fact that she got other family members to join her is even worse. that nobody said or did anything about it for so long must mean the family is pretty fucked up. plus the guy who had it done to him will be seriously fucked up for life now!! way to fuck up the rather simple job of NOT TORTURING YOUR CHILDREN!

i'd prefer to have them sectioned for life. sadism on the level would probably mean the woman and whoever the 20 year old man was, were psychotic or delirious in some way. it's the kind of thing you'd expect to hear from a POW camp during the vietnam war, not a mother senselessly torturing her child. :< that article made me sad.

a litre of coke is about £2 in the shop and £3.50 in the cinemas. i guess social standards differ depending on where you are though.

in the USA/canada is the cinema coke like $50 a cup? it's only 50p-£1 difference here. and last film i saw was insidious 2, me and my friend brought in 3 sandwiches, 6 beers and a bottle of wine. american cinemas must take their concession stands very seriously.

people always bring stuff in. i always bring beer and snacks in a bag with me. i think the cinema people are just glad people are paying for tickets. and how often do you go to the cinema to specifically save the pennies off of movie coke enough to buy a moped?

why not just set your gender to female on facebook. claim to be doing it to be funny, then have access to lulu.

ha, if this is going to try and scare men into behaving courteously, what's stopping them from setting up an account and reviewing their real self "he has a 20 inch dong, he was the funniest, most amazing man ever"

why is that in any way a "safety alert"? Because he's not college age? maybe he's a mature student - mystery solved. and fuck her personal space!

because it seems like a waste of time to be outraged at the lack of outrage. sorry.

if it was a first time offence and the guy didn't want to put a case against her, i'm sure they went easy on her. plus with a suspended sentence, if she was to do it again, she'd be right in prison. i don't think this is a matter of men's rights. but if it were the other way round, chances are the guy wouldn't be able to leave his house for fear of lynching, but i'm sure nobody would say a thing to her in this case - which is sad.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
