I took it off when it felt right. About a month after she left me and never talked to me again. So yeah

Also, have a consult with every top divorce lawyer nearby, especially the ones your wife’s friends hired— block those referrals from her bitch friends. I wish I had

Yeah… the fact that allegations of abuse have become such a playbook tool is abhorrent. It dilutes their impact for women who genuinely need protection and ruins the lives of men who don’t deserve to be alienated from their families. Total horseshit.

Doesn’t have to be flowers. Just do something for yourself. I’m finding exercise is the best first thing every day. That and jumping in the freezing ocean.

Our couples therapist precipitated our very abrupt separation. Wife claimed the therapist and I were gaslighting her, stonewalled both of us, fired our therapist, then left. With the kids. Then filed a domestic violence temporary restraining order against me. It’s been a challenging month. So be on the lookout for crazy

Sorry pal, I’m in a similar situation. Question for the group— if separation and divorce are inevitable, but you’re still legally married, is hooking up with someone else really “cheating”? Asking for a friend 🙄🙄🙄

I was In the same boat. I wouldn’t have left. BUT, she decided to nuke our marriage out of the blue and take the kids. I miss the kids and will fight for them, but I’m glad she decided to leave so I didn’t have to.

I’m just at the beginning of the process, taking it all in. Hoping I can gather your perspective by the end of this….
