1	How did you change from low self-esteem to liking yourself as a person? I think that people hold onto shame and it begins consuming them. The reasons we're not conversational in certain situations is because we don't think that the things we say have value, or that we're ashamed to say them for that reason. The reason you don't want to talk about careers is because you're ashamed yours won't measure up, or that someone else's is better than yours.
