It would be unwise to put yourself in situations where you are unnecessarily the source of antagonism. 2.) Speaking like a man also involves practice quite similarly to public speaking. 3.) | 1 | Torn between maintaining a proper workout cycle and doing my 9-5 job.3 days is sufficient for us normal guys who are not on gear. You can add a 4th day in there but you have to rely on caffeine.
