Wikipedia isn't a company, it's a charity that created and maintains the platform. There are unpaid community moderators at various levels, the highest of which require voting from the community. However, if you don't start an edit war (back-and-forth editing from two disagreeing parties), and have a civilised discussion in the Talk page, and bring up good arguments without mindlessly repeating yourself, they'd be quite happy to hear your opinion.

I agree with both points. Alimony is too high, and should be a fixed amount regardless of wealth, subsidised by the government when the payer can't pay the full sum. Affirmative action is still sexist, it removes equality of opportunity and reduces the average qualifications per female worker, conversely increasing prejudice and discrimination.
