Awesome list! Thanks for sharing. The timer thing is a great idea!

Thank you for the advice. I feel like I am failing because in my twisted head I feel like I should be doing more. I just do not know how to without being overbearing or pushy. Which I am really working hard at not being either of those things.

Thank you. I will attempt to reach out in a few weeks when it's calmed down.

One example was he stated he didn't think I would want to go. Prior to the funeral I expressed that if he needed or wanted me there I would go. IMO I've never given the impression that I wasn't supportive or unwilling to attend.

Oh I'd like to see that! I've been trying to do something similar but I seem to miss stuff

My husband is really into space exploration lately. So I am surprising him with a weekend in LA (~3 hours away). We both have a 4 day weekend. We will drive to the Griffith observatory on Friday. For Saturday I got tickets to see the Hubble movie in IMAX and go see the endeavor at the California science museum. I got a hotel for a few nights in marina del ray. I think he will be excited.

We might go out to dinner. Its almost 630 here so we still have a little time to decide. My main resolution is to become a better version of myself as a wife. I have pinpointed where my faults are and I am planning on focusing more on my husband.

I have to agree. My husband isnt very vocal. I know that if I was more positively vocal, it would make him very happy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
