1	Can I get agreement changed? In my decree it says if the parties are remarried the divorce and custody decree are null. I was assuming it's on others, but idk. It was a bit of sarcasm. Unfortunately when you get screwed on the initial decree it takes a lot of money and bullshit if the other party wants it to. Might be easier just to get back together. Not sure where you're at, but if you're in small town Texas and have 30-40 grand you just have to find the right people to pay off and pass a religious/political test... Then get remarried to your ex. This will solve all of the problems with your decree. I think they typically do what you are describing for medical expenses outside of what insurance covers, but haven't heard of one like yours.
