I dont know what smv stands for, as far as other guys getting less flakes I can call it every interaction is different so there is no exact answer to that to me it comes down to two things. One-if shes physically attracted to you most likely she wount flake Two-if you create a first good impression and build good rapport shell want more there for less chance of flake.
