I get it though. Every company I've worked in the management is 95% men. From the small team managers to the highest levels in the company. Same with the government, although getting better lately. So yeah, whenever you look up, you most likely see men making the decisions.

Guys, this is misleading.. it was a only a particular group of "low level" engineers that it found were paid less than women. Not the entire company. They ended up compensating 10k people throughout the company, but didn't say how many of those were men or women.

I hadn't heard of the original story. I've now seen this story on the front page of Reddit today in like 3 different subs. Outside of Reddit? Who knows.
