–	FINESSED. I get it though. Every company I've worked in the management is 95% men. From the small team managers to the highest levels in the company. -30	That’s what I thought Guys, this is misleading.. it was a only a particular group of "low level" engineers that it found were paid less than women. Not the entire company.
