| 1 | Would me putting on weight and muscle to go from 125lbs to go to 160-170 help me be taken more seriously by guys and girls and be more attractive I'm 5'7" (pretty much a stick) I have personality just feel like people don't take me serious bc I look like I'm 12 when I'm 2035-45lbs of muscle is a lot. "Beginner gains" will allow you to probably put on 20lbs of lean muscle in a year. The next 15-25 could take another 1-2 years.
