Im not staying put because of fear, I still have a life of my own, but she had the study abroad session planned and paid for before we were officially exclusive. I like her and want to stay with her. I dont have a relationship with my girlfriend? I definitely left a pretty strong alpha impression, my worry is if it was strong enough to beat 5 months of loneliness with minimal communication. I would go out by myself no problem, Im just worried that since my school and area around it is so small and you see the same party crowd all the time that I would get a bad rep as always hitting on everyone. Like Im sure someone will notice me walking circles around campus looking for girls. And I just dont even know what I would do going to parties and bars alone. Im not scared, I really just dont want that rep of becoming the 'creepy guy who hits on everyone here'. If I wasnt new and didnt know I am gonna fuck up, that wouldnt worry me. Its not really anxiety, just my experience from previous encounters, if I escalate to asking them right away if they want to come back with us they either make an excuse or if they say yea, I dont see them again after that or they start talking to other dudes anyway
