My previous company was about 25% female and 12% minority in a heavily STEM company. Minority wise 12% is a representation of the geographical area, and in engineering overall is about 15% female. Our company set a goal of 20% minority in leadership and salaried roles. The goal for women was 50% in leadership and salaried roles. If it is a couple on a date the man is paying and would tend to tip a pretty female better. If it is a family with younger boys a female server can flirt with the boys and remark how handsome they are. Neither of those work out the opposite way for men. Same goes for the management staff who are men, cooks and other servers. They tend to show bias to help out pretty women way more favorably. Infidelity is out there and i doubt any study actually tests to determine if infidelity played into it. There are only a few days a month that a woman can even get pregnant. In high school, our sex ed teacher stated that pressure and heat can cause microscopic holes in a condom. In another class she stated that a student confessed he had gotten his gf pregnant via using he had kept in his wallet. I thought… holly shit! It is that easy!?! Feeling abused here but struggling because I’m finding that, as a man, it’s that much harder to be taken seriously when asking for help/advice My old room master had a girlfriend who claimed to of gotten pregnant by him. He paid her $600 for an abortion, and had very serious mental problems of guilt due to the situation. I can’t prove it but i almost guarantee she dooped him for some cash. Don’t believe her. If she does have a child demand a paternity test. Have a lawyer at the ready to seize custody and never look back.
