From almost every female authority figure since 1st grade? Mom? Grandma? How about my teachers and other friends moms. 1 or 2 baby sitters. Well said. Better question is which woman didn’t say that? Exactly.

As a guy who lost ~100lbs and made a huge transformation in my appearance (the kind you see on r/brogress, similar to this) I have to say I agree with the OP. The way people treat you when you're attractive is so much different. I don't mean average. I mean attractive. You get this message reinforced all the day. Women walking their dogs not only don't avoid you, they initiate conversation. Women in retail way, way too polite and courteous as they try and flirt and a million other examples. Once…

Man and woman having a heated argument (non-abusive) at a public place. Hero White Knight rushes in to save his damsel in distress."Hey man, that's no way to talk to a lady" and tries to intervene to "rescue" her. Interestingly, he doesn't actually give a fuck about her. He thinks it will somehow make her want to fuck him, he hopes it will get him hero points and, who knows, maybe she'll blow him in the car or in a toilet stall. This is the mindset of the Blue Pill/White Knights of the world.

I get your point. It's like when a woman does something that, when the same thing is done by a man, it is considered ordinary... but if a woman did it, whoa! "The first woman to __ (become an NBA official, sail a boat on her own somewhere far, President of something important, etc, etc)". Same deal with these "strong, independent" career women. The media goes crazy but if you really think about it, the over the top praise is very patronizing and condescending.

Men would love to have an inbox full of desperate women Desperate isn't the right term. Having a strong sex drive is healthy natural and normal. The men responding are pre-selecting. Like swiping on everyone on Tinder. Once they get a response and get a dialogue going of course they would ask for a picture and of course they would back out if she was below whatever their standard was. Why is it so hard to acknowledge the overwhelming female privilege here?

College feminists will typically say "feminism is about men too" True. They do say that with their words. What do they say with their actions?

Apex Fallacy. The CEO of a company on the top floor somehow magically gives the minimum wage security guard on the bottom floor all sorts of wonderful privileges because they're both male. Oh please. How can this security guard have issues with his job, his family, his mortgage. Men still control everything. Cry me a river.

one of the biggest obstacles hindering men's rights moving forward is modern day feminism. Our leaders in business, education, government, etc, are always walking on eggshells so as not to offend the SJW lynch mob - who absolutely know that the mainstream media is in their back pockets. The net result is that any statistic where women and girls are disadvantaged must be addressed with endless funding, campaigns, "encouragement", lower standards, quotas, preferential bias, etc, etc. Any statistic…

It is odd how feminist cling to their "it's not hypocrisy when we're guilty of the same behavior that we constantly criticize in men, because we're punching up" rationalization. It's odd they don't understand how much the double standards hurt their cause, their credibility, etc... yet they cling to it with an angry chip on their shoulder.

The fact that we have to talk about this shit at all shows that in 2017 men are supposed to walk on a knife edge of behavior, never ever being good enough, always being demonized This exactly. The point of this thread isn't just about Trump and this one incident.

I watched the video it didn't seem all that respectful to me. It seemed like he was expecting her to be a cow and then he was surprised when she wasn't Would it change your thinking in any way if the women privately admitted that she liked the comment very much? In fact, most women would like to hear a comment like that, generally speaking, right?

The article went beyond that, though. All part of the false indoctrination boys are told throughout their education: approaching = harassment, compliments or appreciations of beauty = sexism, objectification, non-female approved expressions of male sexuality are vulgar and perverted and to be shamed, etc, etc, etc. There was a post I was reading on TwoX about how this guy approached this woman in the supermarket and, out of nowhere, complimented her about how pretty she was and how it made her d…

In real life, a woman will date a guy who doesn't meet their ideal height requirements once she gets to know him. 5'9" guy with good looks and personality would do well with a 5'7" co-worker who he clicks with. Online, however, she wouldn't give the same guy a chance. So yes, much less shallow in the real world.

The narrative that women have it so easy on dating apps needs to die. Why? Is it really so hard to deal with so many messages in your in box? You view their profile and either ignore/delete or reply back if you're interested. Seems pretty easy to me .

You're discounting how easy (and common) it is for a woman to mislead a guy into thinking she's on birth control pills or, somewhat less common but also a reality, is she can poke holes in the condom. Plus, condoms aren't always a guarantee even when used correctly. It isn't as black and white as you make it out to be.

End for the long list of gender based positive discrimination and favoritism. A wealthy white woman gets preferential treatment in terms of admissions, scholarships, hiring and promotions because she's 'oppressed' vs a low income male from a trailer park who is "privileged"

They aren't judged as harshly for being fat. Fat women have a significant advantage in dating over their equally obese male counterparts. There is huge interest in chubby girls, BBW, pawg, curvey, etc. The statistics on porn sites prove this. Not too many women requesting obese male models, right?

Women are women and men have to stop whining and up their game I hear you, but I think the frustration isn't really towards women themselves, but to the situation women find themselves in where men have to deal with hypergamy, doing most of the initiation, taking most of the risks, paying most of the costs, forced to more impressing/winning-over, face more rejection and other imbalances in the SMP. Meanwhile on her end, her contribution is... herself. She is the prize and sex isn't mutual, it is…

there was a stage where I got jacked and it is a whole different world This x 100 million. I've been the fat guy and I'm now the jacked/athletic guy. Two completely separate universes with regard to how you're treated by women. I cringe when I hear "unlike men, society puts so much pressure on women to look good".
/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/17 06:14 PM

I agree with the doctor in this cartoon. I have friends who are married to horrible, horrible women who emasculate them all day long, like the Rachel Harris character in (The Hangover)[https://i.ytimg.com/vi/y_5YoG-iXjQ/maxresdefault.jpg} in. I must admit, it's hard to have sympathy for these guys. They brought it all upon themselves and choose to allow it to continue.
/r/MensRights01/07/17 03:10 PM

Simple. Walk into the women's room, and take a piss. I work at a place that has two single use bathrooms, one for each gender. Both bathrooms are identical except for the sign out front. If one is occupied, we just walk right into the other. Everyone does it. If this is the same set up at this place, no one would care if you walked into a single use bathroom and locked the door behind you.
/r/MensRights28/06/17 11:26 PM

I'll be Devil's Advocate. Equality doesn't mean equal number of bathrooms vs. equality level of "getting their needs met". Women have to sit to urinate, deal with more clothing, feminine hygiene issues, they generally can't hold their bladder as long, etc, etc. You see it everywhere. Long lines for the women's restroom while the men's line, if there is one, moves very quickly. So if you add everything up, men still have the overall advantage due to biology even though women are getting an advant…

Sorry if this has been mentioned already, but my understanding of the term "bro code" is to mean you don't say anything or otherwise try to cover and help a guy who is cheating on his significant other. The girl code is you do the opposite.

I think it's the hypocrisy and double standards that go along with hypergamy that causes a lot of the push back. Women say one thing about what they really want, "sense of humor, integrity, kind" and then their actions say something else, "we want a big upgrade in status". And double standards such as a woman working at a low level retail job would look down on a guy with the same job, etc.
