A lot of natural alphas have spent time in jail. They are not afraid of it. If you are not white you are not really expected to be Beta, at least in the US. So there is more acceptance of the masculine energy.

Iirc it is 100iu of D for every 5% of skin exposed to direct sunlight for 15 minutes if you are Caucasian. Light through glass doesn’t count, if you are wearing sunscreen it doesn’t count, and if you are north or south of the 35th parallel I believe you only get vitamin d from the sun in the summer. Exact length of time varies by how far north you are. Luckily the liver stores vitamin d as well as vitamin a. Making liver one of the best food sources.

I had a gf in high school I never fucked because she claimed to be a virgin and I didn’t believe her. The guy she dated before me I absolutely disliked even though we started off as friends. I wasn’t a virgin either but since I believed she was lying about it made me not want to fuck her. Weird head game shit but if a girl will lie about that what else are they lying about.

You are kids if you are the same age. Not all girls become sluts at 16. Let your hormones take the stage and escalate as far as she will let you each time. If you are rounding the bases a bit further each time you see her you will eventually get the homerun. Also go for touching upper body and ass over clothes, then under clothes, then either pussy over clothes, or removing shirt. Keep her excited and make her want you to move to the next step before you do. If she isn't experienced it will take…

Men give each other shit. That is one of the unique aspects of male to male interaction. Men who have worked or played in male space understand this is not done in a mean or hateful way. It can be motivating but it can also be a form of recognition. If a friend comes over and smells terrible you might say"hey man you don't smell very good you might want to clean up". If your best friend does it you say"damn dude you smell like a dead skunk". A best friend knows this means you want him to take ca…

This post made me go back and review the others linked in the op. A few points and questions, JP labeled the objective and the behavior as psychopathic, not the individual. This is a very important distinction. Behavior and objectives can be changed, people are not so easy to change. If you have a child who plays baseball and is terrible at batting, it will make a big difference whether you say, "You suck at batting," or "Your batting sucks." The relationship of the verbs is very important and c…

I highly recommend super joints by pavel tsatsouline for mobility exercises which will help get a sedentary body used to moving before lifting, and help with posture. If you have never lifted you should start slow and ease into it. Warming up is important but do not do static stretches to warmup, as they can increase chance of injury. Warmup with light weights and mobility exercises or light cardio, stretch after you lift. You should try to finish your workout feeling energized and better than y…

Moral relativism is a plague on humanity. OP seems to support this concept. JP is a professor and psychologist and is looked up to because he is not afraid to express views that counter the current pc climate. He never claimed to be red pill. If someone finds wisdom in his words and it improves their life who the fuck is anyone else to shit on that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
