That's fair, I'd probably only do it to the overbearing ones tho

Id like to add, the "nice guys" seem to call women "females" as well to... distance themselves from them? I think

Ah, its always in the compromise. Relationships are just so foreign to me, i need to get better at being in one

I applaude that you're able to handle it, but I think of it as a forewarning. It won't always be that its something wrong with them, but sometimes it can be. The number count just allows you to be cautious about it

I do accept that, it just means that I now know that will happen. I will low-key dread it though. I think I worry too much about relationships regardless

Well its worrying if they have had a lot of relationships. They broke up for a reason, the reason could be them. But it does depend on your feelings towards them

I do kinda worry about it. What if there's a part of the relationship she expects to happen that I'm oblivious too? A high count for them means they're experienced and im not and there may be different views on our relationship fundamentally.. However, I am all for "their body their rules", i just don't want to be unfullfilling for them Its kind of a stupid worry, I know. But its still a worry

I dont know what that is, but maybe. Its entirely possible I've mis-remembered something

Its a f*cking brutal world for women outside of the western countries. In parts of the Middle East, the victims of rape have to marry their rapists by law. Even places like Turkey have it, they'll get exonerated if they do! Manspreading is just to not crush our balls Mansplaining is just being condescending when explaining something. This is also known, as being a prick. Gender has nothing to do with it Buzzfeed!

I believe there's few for men, alot for women and some that for both. Its different in America to find those networks than somewhere like Britain. I believe there was 1 centre for men and over a hundred for women - however, I can't seem to find the news sotry again But companies do go into gender preferences of who to help, i think mainly because they can relate more to a certain type of person who's struggling

Hmm, i disagree! But its useful knowledge to have regardless, never know when it'll pop up and be useful!

Capitalising on the inconsistencies? Just trying to dumb it down for me brain :p

Ohhh, so you can use hearsay to go against credibility and sew unrust with the jurors on how much they trust the account given?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/01/21 03:22 AM

Impeachment - the anti-president move? So hearsay is a last ditch effort in a draw like scenario? I think I'm understanding, youre pretty good at explaining to a dumb-dumb like me! If you spent effort to write a response, ima read it!

Its a bit confusing to a non-lawyer type person like me, but I think i get the general jist. Testimony is more in court while hearsay is more out of court? I think I heard once that: if an officer is arresting you and going through the Miranda rights, keep yulour mouth shut. Anything you say can be used against you, not for you as anything for you can be objected by the opposing party as Hearsay. Not 100% sure if its correct, but thanks for taking the time to explain to a random person kind stra…

Ah, its a lot of heresay "he said, she said" type deal? It makes sense that there'd have to be alot of evidence, but it doesn't make it easy for them

What do you mean by legal discrimination? Is it just preference of the judge?

I'm agreeing! Just saying that women in the West don't have it that bad. Comparing to the Middle East as context of how it could be alot worse due to the Sharia Law and how subservient they are forced to be. The Western woman has a lot of privileges, luxuries but also rights that others don't have access to

Oh, yeah totally agree. I said that as more to back you up, but with some comedy... I should have worded it better, my bad!

Id like to bring in the MeToo movement I'm of the opinion that it was necessary and alot of bad people have been justifiably brought down by it. But, towards the end, it did go a bit mad with power as men were losing their entire lives from a lie by a woman. It looked like the power of a hashing was able to bypass the "innocent until proven guilty" part of the legal systems. Men had never recovered from this lie as social media destroyed their lives and they got little to no reparations for it F…

Think about white women in America vs coloured women under sharia law, in the middle East. The difference and how good they got it doesnt hit the western woman as much as it should

Its just like having a different flavour of oppression. Some are easier to find than others in the cesspool of labels

It's more about the support available for those dealing with suicidal thoughts and depression But I find it an interesting statistic. Women deal are better able to cope with their systems of support, but the lack of it for men means they can't get help with their emotions and thoughts

Yep, but thats them using their voice against yours. Just theirs has super powers that aren't fair!

Well Wyoming gave women the right to vote in 1869, a half century before america and had the first female governor in 1926. So I think it'll depend on the state you're in

Well, we are still trying to recover from the sexism that has been in place for so long. But we are proving and it depends if women want to go into it as well as alot do want to be mothers instead
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/21 11:18 PM

Do you have evidence of it? Some that hasn't been disproved I do find it hard to believe that after 100 years or so, they haven't addressed it. Especially with how progressive some states were

Yo, kinda outdated tho "we analyzed Federal Bureau of Investigation Uniform Crime Reports data on homicides that occurred in the United States between 1976 and 1987" Between 1976 and 1987

Is it a real thing? Or are you talking about the wage gap that doesn't take into account hours worked, income from the same jobs, personal life choices, companies that pay out and more. I'm pretty sure they just compared men to women with any and all occupations and gave a median when women don't like a certain job or men don't like a certain job. Acts like the Equal pay act of 1970 do prevent this discrimination Or it may be an American thing I'm too British to understand

As a man, I'd say that women do still face discrimination. But, men have are also facing discrimination of a different version Women are asked how they can't keep a husband, but men are asked the same. Depends on who breaks up with who Stereotypical gender roles are bad for both as it limits both in terms of what they want to do There are more I can't think of, and I'm at work Edit: There's discrimination against men in terms of suicide rates as 3 in 4 are men, but women attempt it more often.
