I'm getting a double chuckle - one for the content and one for it being tagged "Men's Rights"

Habits are (can be) the most difficult thing to build but they are the easiest thing to maintain - Once established you literally just do what you always do.

It's just so silly. A waiver is such fucking overkill and unnecessary yet here we are looking at a situation that makes it look necessary. Fuck shitty people.

I have never once seen a woman randomly approach a guy during a workout 6 times this year and I'm sure it's only slightly less annoying for me (as a man) than it is for women.

But, I know when I am not working out as hard as I could be. I know when I am short changing myself. I know when I am sandbagging. It's more about being honest with yourself. Ask "is this the best I can do?" Absolutely on board with everything you say here. I don't workout at a very busy/big gym anymore but when I did I still made it a point to always strive to be the hardest working mother fucker in the gym every single day... nowadays I should be working as hard as the next 3 people combined i…

Tbh, fuck that shit. Unless you are a paid athlete/model I think there are better ways to be improving your SMV at that point. I was 20 years old when I played college football - I'm about to turn 33. I have no interest in working out to the point I feel like puking or passing out. I'll stick to sweating my ass off in the air conditioned gym making moderate gains being only slightly uncomfortable.

Obviously subjective but she IS a model and looks pretty fine in her modeling photos - although I'd have to agree she is pretty "plain" looking.

Shooting? Unless you're hunting and killing something shooting isn't doing shit except making you better at shooting. By that logic knitting is a positive activity. Shooting, outside of hunting, is purely for entertainment unless you are law enforcement or security. Once you know how to handle and shoot a gun properly there is no benefit to spending time on the range.

so he can't JUST leave his wife, he has to pay her or give up something. If he wasn't married, he could just leave.

This guy just didn’t think ahead and made some careless mistakes Kinda sounds like the only mistake he made was getting married because now he can't just leave his wife for the new hot young thing he found.

I would have told the waitress that I wasn't paying for her meal or sent a collection agency to her house after something like that. Lmao come on now, this bitch doesn't deserve another thought. Small payment to be rid of her.

if you are getting sick of the general lift heavy for four reps gtfo I use a lot of these "T.u.T." principles during my deload week and it feels great. Get a great pump and really stretch out all my heavy movers that I don't stretch as much as I should.

So you praise a man for doing what women do all the time? Ummm yes, exactly. Women do what's in their best interest and get praised for it all the time, even when it's shitty behavior. Why the fuck wouldn't we praise a MAN for doing what's in his best interest? Your opinion is backwards and BP as fuck.... being a deceptive piece of shit for your own gain How the fuck do you know this is the case? If dude wasn't happy why the fuck would he stay with her? Maybe he did everything in his power to ma…

Sell your computer and put that money, time, and effort into something productive. If you really want to change, don't give yourself a choice in the matter.

Light dynamic stretching pre-workout is still beneficial, you just don't need to be (or shouldn't be) doing traditional static stretches pre-workout. The videos that are linked are pretty good imo. The worst part about "warming up" is that it can be brutally boring when you're hyped to get into your heavy lifts. I've got my warm-up down to about 10 minutes but makes everything feel so much better during/after my workout: Walk/jog for a few minutes followed by some butt kicks & high knees Joint m…

Seriously. The cost:benefit is nowhere near what it is for "just lifting" in my opinion. When the fuck am I going to need to fight except for when I'm training to fight? I can be aesthetic all the fucking time.

"Recognizes" yes, but that doesn't mean much. OP could file a paper return claiming the kids to get the ball rolling pretty easily. If they are his rightful dependents than the IRS will adjust the returns. Yeah, it'll probably get messy but FUCK just "letting this go".

"Contributed" and "impressive" were definitely not the words that came to mind on this one

Start by selling your computer and any consoles you own then fill that newly found free time with ANYTHING that makes you better. Preferably start to lift but ANY type of exercise, start reading more, take some classes at a community college and maybe look to go back to school, start a small side business or find a 2nd job (detail/wash cars, find a job in a restaurant/bar/club, go see if your local UPS is fucking desparate as fuck RIGHT NOW). You have to ACTUALLY want to make yourself better, ta…

How is 'giving up' any less pathetic than enjoying TRP lifestyle while keeping an eye open for high/higher value women?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
