I'm basically your height but 96kg with visible abs.... You must be an actual skeleton at 63kg. Eat absolutely everything you can get your hands on and lift lift lift. Heavy compound movements 3 times a week at least. And make sure you're almost feeling ill all day every day from stuffing your face. The absolute last thing you need to worry about right now is your sugar intake.
