In highschool my Spanish teacher gave A's to all the girls who wore miniskirts. I got a C even though the latinas in the class told the teacher I spoke better Spanish than they did. He finally upped it to a B then when I got home I got in trouble because my mom thought I was the one who scratched out the C and made it a B... Now the only Spanish I speak is to order tacos

My ex GF falsely accused me (1980's) and admitted IN COURT that she only lied to get me in trouble because I broke up her It happens !! My lawyer told me there's zero consequences for her behavior even though she filed a false police report and admitted to it on the record. He said it's a low priority for DAs , so my best recourse was to hire an attorney and sue her. She was broke so there's nothing to sue for and I'd need to pay for everything... Sad

Yup I'm not sure how much it'll cost for a lawyer to file/win the lawsuit tho. Most likely it's too costly and will never pay for itself (which is why nobody ever sues under those circumstances)

Most low lifes that do this don't have much in assets to sue for, so he'll most likely need to pay per hour for the lawsuit, which won't pay much. It'll stifle her credit score and perhaps her possible future husband, maybe?

I wonder how they'd respond if the question was either a bear or a (racial group).... would they say the same and risk being labeled a racist?

Never thought of that. I was always resentful when I needed to show proof the infant (a foster child)was assigned to our home, yet my wife never did

I'm a single Dad. Was told 1 in 12 single parents are Dad's. 8% I qualified for zero guvmint assistance, and a guy working at AZDPS scrolled back to the top of the form (online) and clicked F instead of M, then scrolled back to the bottom As an F I qualified for $1200 monthly. A variety of assistance methods, like food stamps, rent assistance, utilities assistance, free wifi (for school age kids) job training, free after school childcare, free baby sitting when job hunting, baby sitting assistan…

I was stalked by an ex and I didn't find out until decades later when I got a message on FB asking if I'm (my name) who lived here n there (exact addresses) with a blonde lady...... I asked who sent this and she basically told me everything about her life since we broke up and knew tons about my life (personal things....) I let her know I'm still not interested in getting back together. She moved across the country to a major metro city near me, and sent a letter TO MY HOME, with her number and …

The delivery guy should sue the parents for all they have and those that beat him up too. He should find a lawyer because between the parents and attackers I'm sure there's a lot of potential $$$, when garnished wages are in play....

Jail me AND remove them from my care There's a long term follow up where a mgr helped me out (against cps policy)

I agree with your assessment that a man not paying is considered a deadbeat dad, but a mom not paying is treated differently.... That's one double standard in our gyno centric guvmint After my wife died I had financial problems (mostly her medical bills) and CPS showed up at my door while the kids are in school, they told me if I get behind on rent or utilities they'll take my kids.... Meanwhile our gyno centric guvmint will financially assist a single mom. Nice double standard I lived through w…

I agree 👍 Public defenders get paid the same whether they win for you or lose, so they do what's easiest then go home . That lazy public defender ignored me because it was EASIER than doing what's right Period

Really? The falsely accused get settlements? I had no clue! Please post a link, because I think the falsely accused should be able to get a lien on the false accuser so she gets wages garnished for the rest of her life

I know for a fact they DO lie! My kids were taken because I'm a "drug addict and raging alcoholic" according to cps I only got them back after my (court appointed) lawyer agreed to have my hair tested. That bitch would only agree to it if I signed p/w stating that a positive result would permanently separate me from them. I'm a widower BTW, they test arm hair. I never knew that. It showed zero drugs or alcohol in my system for YEARS, so they did an expedited reunification and I go my kids back, …

I was also falsely accused back in the 1980's. Long story but I hired a lawyer who got an evidentiary hearing to prove I was a hundred miles away when she claimed it happened After the judge dismissed it, she laughed and said (in court!) that she only said it because she was mad that I broke up with her SHE ADMITTED IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE THAT SHE FILED FALSE CHARGES Nothing happened to her. Nothing. My lawyer told me what I posted earlier because the system doesn't support charging females with …

Agreed, except lawyers work for money and if she's not worth a lot then he'll need to pay upfront with little chance of ever getting the money back...

Sadly, I don't think there's anything legal that can be done against her? Filling a false police report? Pergury ? Perhaps if convicted of those he can file a civil case against her for tons of money so he can put a lien on anything she owns? Maybe garnish her wages?

A man attempting to help a crying child alone in a store is a predator. A woman who is attempting to help a crying child in a store is motherly
