1	We need to retire the HB system. 3 digit system: First digit - 1 wouldn't bang, 2 would bang Second digit - 0-9 rating of face (9 the highest) Third digit - 0-9 rating of body. so a 100 is the lowest possible rating and a 299 is the highest. 1	Trend I've Noticed - Are more guys hitting the gym now than ever before? I've noticed this too. I'm not sure why, a lot of the theories posted here seem plausible. I've been going to the gym regularly for the last 3 years and in the last 6 months I've noticed an increase in people I know who never went to the gym before starting to go, asking me for advice (I've even wrote training programs for a few friends of mine).
