Thank you for doing this! My real life has no where near these numbers, but out of 31 dates in 2 years only 3 suggested dinner as a first date (which isn’t terrible, actually). Unfortunately the last guy was very boring despite dinner - lots of “what are you doing?” texts. Nothing turns me off as fast as a guy who has nothing going on.

I agree! Neutral is the best answer - it says you’ve been out of it long enough to see it for what it was, mistakes on both ends and how it’s part of the past.

Wow! As your first post-FDS date, you did an amazing job with this guy. He strikes me as very manipulative, saying “only nice things” about his exes because he knows saying “bad things” is a “red flag.” I’m exhausted after reading the amount of emotional baggage he released on you. Good job for keeping yourself emotionally distant while you assessed him.

I unmatched him after 10 hours of no response. To another guy I suggested a patio place where we could get a meal outside, he agrees and asks if I’m free on the weekend - then proceeds to whine when I tell him Sunday works for me (his ass wants to watch football). Like, why ask if I’m free for the weekend if…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
