1	A movement now in UK to pay retail staff (dominated by women) same as warehouse and distribution staff ( dominated by men). Lower wage workers getting a higher wage does not = high wage workers getting less. That is literally not how that works. No one working these jobs live in poverty, which can not be the same for people working retail. It does in literally dozens of ways but I will layout the big ones.
