He also had a large desire to actually overcome his anxiety so that might be part of it too. Like he would put himself in positions of discomfort just to realize it really isn’t that bad. There actually are. My best friend was a very socially anxious person. After highschool he saw a doctor who gave him some anxiety pills. I always saw it as just showing examples of when the system treated woman fairly and it was especially gratifying when they expected it to cater to them (like judgements). This is why I essentially eliminated sugar from my diet besides the odd cookie. If I have sugar, I feel like my mouth literally needs more, like it craves it and I use to give in but now I just don't let myself and I am much healthier for it. It really helped learning that sweeteners causing cancer was a bunch of bullshit, they have been my saving grace. God do I love myself a Coke Zero.

This was definitely helpful, but the class I am mainly talking about seats 600 people and is filled every class. Rarely do you sit in the same spot twice because it gets so packed. I also hate that she wanted to use the money toward the wedding. Why should they spend all his money on one party when they can use the money for a down payment on a house or something. The notion of weddings should be expensive I find very stupid and wasteful.

I use to think that card tricks were cool also and tried them out a few times. Then I realized how pathetic it was and stopped entirely. Most people won't say it but the guy who bring a deck of cards to a bar is seen as a total douche. I'm glad I realized it early on.
