Exactly. Be busy living a great life. Consider inviting others along for the ride

Taking mental rest is far from a zero day. I like the concept of increasing the value of your zero days and still having those rest days to relax, connect with people, have fun in other ways. These are important aspects of being balanced and successful

1 needs to be said. Being on your mission is attractive.

Thanks so much for your post and story. I have a similar relationship with increasing (what I read as:) mindfulness leading to better comfort with oneself and becoming a more secure, curious, fun person that people naturally want to know. Live it up my man

You're aware of it. I invite you to do something about it

They build up pressure in these ways and get it out of you, and they're not even aware that/how they're doing it though, right? Or, maybe in some level she's aware, but I don't think most women will be able to verbalize much of it

What have you always wanted to do? What intrigues you? What are you curious about in life? You need to find a mission in your life and work towards a goal within it. Until you find your mission, your mission is to find your mission, things that drive you daily, that keep you on your direction. Maybe it's starting a business, writing a book, running in politics, making the world and people around you a better place. Choice is yours. Stop being afraid of what other people will think of you startin…

I don't think OP was making her feel guilty here tho, if that's what you're implying. Yes, be kind, because you want to be out of your own generosity and mindset. NOT because you're expecting something in return, covertly manipulating, seeking validation, etc. Edit: Do we agree that you can be alpha and still be her fan, as long as it's clear that she's a fan of yours, and it's continuing in that mindset?

You could see it for the opportunity that it is to better and learn more about yourself. Or, you could post run-on sentences in which you reveal how much work you have to do on yourself.

Maybe she's right; she didn't like the places you were suggesting and this was her way of saying that indirectly. It's information, don't get frustrated by it. Be amused. 'Oh, ok, I'll allow you to choose the place and let's see how it goes' meanwhile thinking to yourself 'this new experience could be amusing'. You can then pick up on even the slightest thing to bug her on and for her picking the place and just banter on it : 'the knives weren't perfectly set on my napkin/ dinner plate', 'there …

That disgust could be simply your own projection. Your expectations of reality are not accurate so your mind makes up stories as to why things aren't accurate; part of you knows the reality of human nature, while another part of you wants you to feel disgusted by it.

Congrats brother, time to start working toward finding your purpose in life. I don't see specifically in your post about what you DO enjoy (only Muay Thai?), only what you do. And, what you don't enjoy but do anyway. What gives you life? Doesn't seem to be pulling women - so great, you're ahead of most on here. The phrase 'fake it till you make it' comes to mind here - in that 'hurr durr, I was told I'd be happier and live a better life by getting better with women'. The getting-better-with-wome…

Don't just read here. Go out, keep talking to people, men and women. Lift. Read. Meditate. Question your behaviors and patterns. Seek out things that no longer serve you and destroy them. Then, lift some more, eat better. Treat yourself.Better yourself.

I listened to the audiobook 3 times and then read it twice. Do it. Do yourself the favor and actually complete the writing prompts, with introspection.

I never really realized it, but you are totally right. Few weeks ago I went up to this waitress at a local place and told her I thought she was cute and we should go out sometime. She responded with 'I'd love to, but I just moved in with my bf,' which pretty much shut down all operations for me. Should I have assumed this was a shit test, or try to get in anyway?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
