If you want me to use that data for the year 2010 specifically, I can, and find out the rate then. However, yours was not the only data I used. The lowest rates 100, 117, 200, 229, and 480, as other research has shown (see 1, 11, and 12). It's possible it stayed the same, and it's possible it changed. The only study I saw was a California one that had too small of an uncircumcised number to show a statistical difference. Also, men have reported getting cancer right where the scar started. Either way, only use it for those who are ok with it, not the entire community. I've met several LGBT (including a gay woman, a trans man, and more) who hated the word queer and would never identify with it, but would want to be called it.
